They are designed to fit onto spacemarines and as such should probably work on scouts as well. (The only problem you might encounter is the neck area.)
Cadian Vox caster head? only a bit of flesh, but would be easy enough to fill that in with GS to make a visor. All the comm gear and mouth piece is in keeping with the hi tech look i think.
