Hey forum me and my friends were discussing Warhammer stuff (most O.P primarch, why do space wolf drop-pods only carry 10)
Then my friend asked,"which primarch is most likely to flip the board after lossing a game of chess, i would say Johnson, because Russ would scatter pieces, then go for an ale, pre-heresy Horus would congradulate his opponent and Sanguinius wouldn't play chess, although i think that Konrad may give Johnson a run for his money.

Russ wouldn't even sit down to play chess, he'd do a real challenge like wrestling giant wolves with his bare hands.

But yeah probably Johnson, bit of a sore loser that one.

How each Primarch would react to losing chess:

The Lion wouldn't say a word and simply leave
Fulgrim would have an emotional breakdown
Leman Russ would invite you back to Fenris to get wasted
Perturabo would rage quit halfway
Jaghatai Khan would slap you on the back and laugh
Dorn would refuse to admit he lost
Curze wouldn't play with you in the first place
Sanguinius would go on a soul-searching journey into the stars
Ferrus Manus would give himself more bionics
Angron would flip the board (answer) then eat your head
Gulliman would say you cheated
Mortarion would give you AIDS
Magnus would flee into the Warp with the chess board
Horus would betray the Emperor (he's done it over less...)
Lorgar would have a temper tantrum
Vulkan would be a good sport and shake your hand
Corax would cry and run away
Alpharius would reveal you haven't in fact beaten him, only one of his many doubles. Also that he wanted to lose. Also that he didn't lose. Also that you weren't actually playing chess.

Angron, duh.

He *starts* a game of chess by flipping a table.

Also, SW drop-pods only carry 10 because the rest of the space is needed to fit their power-beards, which is standard wargear on all Space Wolves.

It is best to be a pessimist. You are usually right and, when you're wrong, you're pleasantly surprised.

Considering the guy has "angry" in his name, nope.

For thirteen years I had a dog with fur the darkest black. For thirteen years he was my friend, oh how I want him back.

Does this even actually need a poll? Angron wins hands down everytime the word "rage" is mentioned

You know I heard there's no chin under a Space Wolf's beard, there is merely another fist. Sounds like another ginger we all know.

I'd be impressed if Angron could even muster up enough patience to make it through a game of chess without flipping the board/killing everyone in the room.

Angron rages even if he wins. Especially if he wins.

Angron - every figure that he loses, nails go level up....

I'd really like to see him and Magnus in a chess game....:-)

ADB: I showed the Wolves revealing the key weakness at the heart of the World Eaters; showing Angron that his Legion was broken and worthless compared to the others; that he was the one primarch who couldn't trust his own warriors, and that they didn't care if he lived or died; showing that loyalty to brothers and sons is the heart of success for the Legiones Astartes, to the point even Lorgar makes a big deal out of saying the World Eaters and their primarch were massively outclassed by Russ, and Angron was too stupid to see the lesson Russ had sacrificed time, sweat, and blood, to teach. We're talking about a battle the Wolves won, by isolating the enemy general through pack tactics, and threatening to kill him, without a hope of defending himself. It was a balance, 50/50 - Angron overpowered Russ, and the Wolves were losing ground to the World Eaters; but Russ and his warriors had Angron by the balls, and barely broke a sweat. They won, no question. Lorgar even says: "The Wolves won, meathead."

Dorn won’t help you either. He’s too busy being the Emperor’s groundskeeper, hiding behind the palace walls. The Wolf is too busy cutting off heads as our father’s executioner, while the Lion holds on to his secrets, and has no special fondness for you. Who else will come? Not Ferrus, certainly. Nor Corax either. Even as we speak, I suspect he flees for Deliverance. Sanguinius?’ Curze laughed cruelly. ‘The angel is more cursed than I. The Khan? He does not wish to be found. So who is left? No one, Vulkan. None of them will come. You are simply not that important. You are alone.’ Konrad Curze to Vulkan

Angron would go into a rage the first piece he loses.

Horus and the Emperor would play a chess game and Angron would come in on turn one and flip their table over.

Obviously angry Angron who is always angry... all the time.

Poor ignorant guardsmen, it be but one of many of the great miracles of the Emperor! The Emperor is magic, like Harry Potter, but more magic! A most real and true SPACE WIZARD! And for the last time... I'm not a space plumber.

I know the obvious choice is Angron, but I disagree. Angron wouldn't bother flipping the board, he'd just leap over it and bash your skull in, completely ignoring the game.

I voted Guilliman because he's a "master tactician", and I'm pretty sure if he got beat at his own game he'd be pretty butthurt about it.
