I don't know about mentalyl, but I can certainly see it possible for a Tyranid to be physically corrupted by Nurgle, and as a result have it's behavious possibly modified somewhat.

I wouldn't think it would be possibly 'incorporated' as it is more an active infection, the Nid that ate it would probably end up sprouting warps/lumps/fungus stuff, and be prevented from entering the digestion pools by the other, non-corrupted Tyranids. Even if it could be absorbed, nothing would really come of it I'd think, what isn't weird un-eatable daemon bits is just swollen Tyranid if you think about it.

But, the nature of Tyranid corruption is a topic for another thread, so I'll leave it at that.
