What exactly are you talking about?
Pictures would probably help...
As would correct spelling and grammar.

Seeing that theres probably at least half a dozen people who make weird war 2 miniatures, some context would be very helpful

Perhaps it is the Dust: Tactics/Warfare Axis walker transport carrier?

Let's assume you mean the Dust Tactics Axis Walker.

Space Marines are slightly shorter than Dust Tactics dudesmen (which are on a thinner base... consider that).
Spoiler:

And a guardsman is slightly shorter than a Space Marine...
Spoiler:

The walker is to Dust Tactics about the same size as a Dread Knight at three men high and is shaped like a Mechwarrior.
Spoiler:

And the Chimera is about two dudes high, and, well... tank shaped.
Spoiler:

Finally, the walker looks like it could hold three guys, uncomfortably, max.

Long story short, I'd say no.

It's still a badass model, though.

Unless he means this one, which is already a transport in Dust Tactics:

Ah, I didn't see that. I don't play Dust Tactics, though it looks really interesting.

It is a transport and it looks good. So yes.

Please excuse any spelling errors. I use a tablet frequently and software keyboards are a pain!

Based on the appearance of that model, unless there's a whole lotta hills on your tabletop, it's going to get popped in Turn 2 by any fool with a lascannon.

It is best to be a pessimist. You are usually right and, when you're wrong, you're pleasantly surprised.
