Ok, so I'm horribly indecisive and can't decide which wing panel design to go with for my Stormtalon conversion. I may use it as a Lightning in my IG army.

The thick black line is where the vertical tail will be mounted and I'll have a protrusion that runs to the fuselage so it doesn't look like I randomly stuck a tail in the middle of the wing.

Design 1: Lightning-esque Imperial Eagle panel design.


Design 2: And attempt at an Imperial style panel design.


Design 3: Something more like a Space Marine style panel design.

Id say number one. Though number two is pretty good as well.

Likewise, #1 is ace.

#1 looks easiest to fabricate for repairs. Don't want panels that are too weirdly shaped

Yeah, Space Marine vehicles tend to be the ones with oddly shaped panels, I tried to get #2 to have mostly regular shaped panels, but it ended up with that weird shaped one that goes around the aileron.

Looks like I'll go with design 1 then

#1 for the Top, #2 for the bottom.
