Ok, can't stand the new Daemon cannon, and I like to use alternate models in my daemons whenever possible and economic.

I was thinking of basing a conversion on a early C20 artillery piece or self propelled gun, but have very little knowledge of what to look for. I did see the movie Warhorse recently, and there is a German gun which looked ideal (the one Joey has to pull up the hill about two thirds of the way through) but I've no idea what it is.

Love that idea. Some Greenstuff work can turn this into a nice counts as version for Nurgle.

or just add skulls everywhere, add some bloodthristers here and there and cover the cannon full of body parts
