Subject: Video Battle Report - Orks vs. Deathguard
This is the video battle report of my first league battle. We played at Titan Games in Battle Creek, MI and the league is ran by Cereal Gamers. We played a 1500 point game with Dawn of War and Purge the Alien.
My only critic (and this is true of ALL your BR's): Listen to how many times you say the phrase "Ended up..." its the only thing I hear anymore, and it has become super distracting!
"These guys ended up shooting here, ended up causing four wounds... I ended up failing three saves so I have to take a test, which they ended up failing. Rolled my fall distance, ended up rolling eight inches so they ended up going off the board. With that my opponent ended up scoring first blood.... etc"

Automatically Appended Next Post: Very good bat rep, try to keep the cam a little more steady if you can. I hope you don't mind I linked it here to for people to watch. Good luck with the Orks. You had a distinct advantage over the other Ork player - Dakka Jets. The other player violated the #1 rule of Orks - Boyz before toys. I don't think 'Ard Boyz are really worth the points. They look nice on paper but in reality not so much. If you keep running the Dakka Jets or even better if you add another, consider a Warphead. It is super awesome to get a free Waagh during a game and Dakka jets are just so phenominal with Weirdboyz/Warpheadz. Good luck

Pretty sure that a Gift of Mutation cannot make you a Deamon Prince (pg 67). Unless this was some league specific rule. Also, the Helldrake can't flame the Dakkajet. Not sure how much this all would have mattered, though. Good game.
