I'm kicking around the idea of running 30 Grey Knight interceptors (2 psycannons, 1 staff of warding and 2 hammers in each unit, along with psybolts).
Idea is to jump out in force on turn 1, landing on a flank and gunning down at least a unit for first blood, then working my way towards the center.
My own battle line is held by 2 Psycannon dreads and Cotaez manning a defensive line. I'd have enough points left for ~50-72 henchmen with bolters, and a vindicare assassin.

Does anyone have any experience with a massed Interceptor rush?
Do the 5-6 full size squads of henchmen leave me enough scoring units? After all, all my scoring is T3 5+, and I know how quickly guard drop.

Probably work

What point values are you considering. Can you still afford anti-tank/anti-air with that many points sunk into Interceptors?

I've never done a full Interceptor rush, though I did have amusing results with a squad of Interceptors accompanied by two Dreadknights.

I think you would be better served by taking actual Guard allies in this case. You could take larger units making them more resilient and less prone to giving up KP.

Also the ability to take heavy weapons extends your firepower.

Only problem I see with the list is encountering fast hard hitting assault armies like Tyranids or Daemons.

lol you alsmost copied my exact list....

anyways, i run 30 interceptors, 6 squads of bolter hench men, and 3 heavy support, 2 psyfle dreads and a dk

one,
bolter henchmen are the best unit ever, period.

dont let anyone tell you that a ld8 guardsman with a bolter for 5 pts is anything but pure awesomeness, because it IS.

that being said, use them smartly, in cover or in reserves till you need them to cap stuff, with precience, they shoot as good as space marines for 1/3 the price.

the 30 interceptors with psybolts needs some back up for guaranteed first blood against harder targets, i have coteaz and another inquisitor to cast precience on two of the interceptor squads, so that even terminators fall to the 40 rerollable 3+ to hits +20 3 to hit and then 3+ to wound

against light targets, there is not much left standing.

it will all be worth it the first time you use some parking lot guard/taus quad gun against them too!

assault turn two and profit,

keep in mind, its often a good idea to take some crusaders with cotez, for 3++ on troops and to soak up wounds.

I have ran lists of 30 Interceptors with halberds and psybolt ammo and hav had great success. Pair them up with 2 DK with teleporters and Incinerators and thats a recipe for great fun !!! Especially when you do ur first turn shunt across the board in his face. LOL

And like others have posted, Coteaz and other Inquisitors casting Prescience is a great way to make them even more effective.
