this is a tentative list, not sure if i want to go skaven or VC for this turny. Depending on what you guys like more i guess is what ill do. Any advice is welcome.

Well, it sounds odd, but you may be a little light on bodies there. Some suggest 1 skavem per 10 points, which means 280 furry bodies, so at 170 you are way under. Now, I don't 100% subscribe to that ratio, and the 2 HPA are going to be handing out a fair slice of hurt on their own.
Maybe drop the second engineer, pop the scroll on the plague priest and use some points for extra rat darts or maybe another slave unit?

Also you are running both the bell and the plague furnace. Maybe drop one of them just to bulk out on infantry. You know, units that can serve a variety of roles and be fairly robust? I guess I am saying maybe ease back a little on the special units and just take some more of the great value everyday units, i.e. clanrats, stormvermin or slaves. That way you get way more battlefield coverage and multiple threats to swamp the enemy.

alright revised and made it a fun slash competitive list. i put the vermin lord in just because i have the forge world model and i've never actually played a game with it. i think it would look nice as a center piece to my army.

Ditch the vermin lord.
He will get picked off far too quickly to actually do anything, and at 500 points, you could get alot more use from him.

Granted he will hit 1st alot of the time, but T5 W5 and only a 5++ means he wont see past turn 1 against anyone with range.

Seems they tried making him good at combat and casting, but seemed to forget that once he is dead its no real use.
