Yesterday I bought some grey knight termies' to convert into a blood angels terminator assault squad.
Because of the rules I counted the flacions as lightning claws and the dæmon hammer as a thunder hammer with a spare storm shield from the thunder hammer conversion kit...it goes where the storm bolter should be...I also will not paint them due to the fact that I may make them allies at some point....so do you think i could do it? (pictures will be posted soon)

You might want to consider to remove the grey knight chapter icon but that is only a minor problem. The only thing that some might not like is the falchions as claws. I personally wouldn't have a problem with it though.

Why not paint them? Paint them a little bit different from your other models and should you want to play Grey knights as allies just use the same paint scheme on the rest of your grey knights.
Grey Knights dont need to be grey to be fielded as such.

I forgot to post this but where the stormbolters go on the arm I replaced those with the small 'shield' things to make the models look different and they are a good place to put iconography.
