Just wanted to do something different with my terminators, so far my idea is to buy Grey Knight Terminator arms, hands, and storm bolters. then the other arm would be a powerfist made from a lighting claw. If there was an easier way or different bits to use please let me know. I'm hoping to make four terminators like this. Thanks ahead of time.

Well you could always use normal storm bolter cut the magazine of and glue it on the arm. Attach the magazin sideways and close the gaps with GS. But you'd need a stormbolter and a terminator arm with an actuall hand and not a power fist.
If you have the leftover bits from a terminator box you probably need less bits. If not then you will probably pay roughly the same amout of money for bits and your idea is better due to less conversions.
