I have been looking around the Iron Kingdoms maps trying to see where all the factions are located, but I can't seem to locate 2 of them.

Where are the Thornfall Alliance and Blindwater Faction(ie minion) on the overall Iron Kingdoms map? I believe they are close to each other since there is a story revolving around them fighting over land.

When life give you lemons keep them, because hey, free lemons

I dunno where Thornfall is located but I do know that Blindwater Congregation is based out of Blindwater lake which is located in the Thornwood Forest.

Seriously, how much would it suck to live in the Thornwood Forest? It's like 'going for a walk honey, if I don't return then I'm dead, try not to get eaten by the monsters/destroyed by the armies around'

I wish I had time for all the game systems I own, let alone want to own...

From what I can tell, northern Cygnar around the Thornwood and the Dragon's Tongue River is a fairly wild area, home to a lot of the Hordes factions (The Trolls and the Circle are definitely present around there, and the Legion has some offshoots in the region); not sure about the Khadoran or Ordish sides of the (former) border, but I'd be surprised if they were much different. Given the name of the Thornfall Alliance and the presence of Blindwater in the Thornwood, it's probably safe to say the factions are centered around there, with other branches scattered around Western Immoren.

Someone else may have a better awareness of the fluff, though.

I (being beyond limited in the fluff) always thought that Menoth was part of the Khadorian empire, but the ones who worshipped the "god" "deity" "teenage girl" who repped their god? so on and so forth?

The Menoth empire seems very far from the Khadorian, am I wrong on that front?

The protectorate of Menoth used to be a part of Cygnar, until there was a civil war between the hardcore Menites and those who followed the King or the god Morrow.

However, you might be confused by the fighting between Khador and the Protectorate in Llael, a small country between Cygnar and Khador. Khador conquered Llael quite recently in the fluff, but the Protectorate send a crusade past cygnar up to slice off a section that had a significant Menite population.

More likely he is confused by the Old Faith. A large Khadoran minority practices and older, less strict (i.e. less deadly) form of Menoth worship. These folks, who include Vlad, make up the 'Old Faith'. Some answered the call to come to the PoM when the Harbinger was found and Voyle wanted to raise an army. Khador wasn't particularly hostile to PoM until the call for pilgrims of the Old Faith. Then Khador realized that a lot of their citizens were jumping ship!

PoM's origin lies with Cygnar, even if some of it's population (and Reznik) are Khadoran.

On topic, it is stated in the Minions book that some of Thornfall's territory overlaps with Blindwater's (by design of Carver).

Quite a few Menites are Khadorian. They made pilgrimages from Khador, Lael or anywhere else after being recruited by people like Severius. The Protectorate revolted from Cygnar due to the growing Morrow faith. They felt they were being oppressed and thus a brief civil war. The war formed the vassal state Menoth who armed in secret. I think they're technically still at peace with Cygnar, but the two fight each other in skirmishes and subterfuge.

I think PoM is actually technically part of Cygnar, just with some degree of autonomy (think Austria-Hungary or Imperium of Man/Adeptus Mechanicus).

Well...I wouldnt consider them part of cygnar since they had that HUGE war, took over a whole bunch and almost killed Coleman.

But...anyways...

Do we all agree the Thornfall Alliance are in the Thornvale Forest? I always thought that the pigs lived in a barren area, but I could be wrong.
