So, I'm looking to make a Ravenwing list using Azreal, The Devastation banner, and a land raider. Can you please give me some help with this?

Put the dev banner in the landraider, surround with regular bikes. You can put something with a PFG in there too.
You'll have more options playing RW without a landraider, but doing what you're suggesting is still awesome.

The LRC has azreal for a 4++ invuln save, but thanks! I think it would be tougher to have in stead of a wimpy 3 man command squad

Azreal gives the unit he's with a 4++ but I'm pretty sure riding in a transport doesn't make the transport get a 4++

I find it funny that you talk about a Ravenwing army and then list, as core elements of your desired army, three things that are not specifically Ravenwing-themed.
How about Sammael, Bikers, Black Knights, Darkshrouds, Landspeeders and Attackbikes?

Maybe a Dualwing theme might be better with Azrael making both Deathwing Terminators and Ravenwing Attack Squadrons Troops choices and it would give more purpose to your Land Raider.

hmmm sounds fun  but now, i'm thinking of the pathfinders and thier removing cover.... maybe I need a "kill team" to find them and take them out to protect the bikes.
how about a veteran squad like this:
