For Chaos Terminators, do I have to give up a CCW or Shooting weapon for a model to take an Icon? It simply states that one model may purchase it, not that it replaces anything, is there an official verdict? And how should this be shown for WYSIWYG? Just putting a banner on their back or something?

If it says purchase rather than replace, there's no reason you'd have to give up anything else. After all, it doesn't tell you to give something up.

Even a standard unit doesn't replace a weapon with the icon.

Yeah, it's the way they are assembled, you need to replace a weapon arm for it, but rulewise they have everything, just the on the same fashion the grey hunters and upgraded CSM have all three weapons but the models usually just have boltergun or boltpistol/CCW

gk termınators replace their force weapons for a brotherhood banner, that might have given the impression of replacing on csm.
