What kind of dark eldar force? Balanced, kabalite, wych cult? That would help a bit, generally, kill whatever transports he has, shoot the CC oriented stuff, assault the shooty stuff, and bring flamers if he/she brings reavers. Or some other ignores cover weapons. Hope he doesn't get first turn and night fighting. Without any information on the lists it is a little difficult to give accurate advice

I have found that flamers go a long way of countering a lot of DE-lists. Just remember to have enough S6-7 shots to kill of those blasted transporters or ravagers, since they can potentially field a lot of them.

Destroy the vehicles, it limits any S8 ap2, S5 ap2, 12 poison shots at bs4 and movement that they have, especially watch out for dissie ravagers the 9 s5 ap2 shots will wreck MEQ and TEQ. Everything else dies to flames like firewood

Not knowing the specifics of your DE opponent one might recommend you beef up your scoring unit choices (DA have a ton of scoring units) then focus on taking out the DE scoring units. He will likely have no more than 6. If he has no scoring units (and you still do) you cant lose

Totally depends what you're running. There are a bunch of ways to run DA and a bunch of ways to run DE.

I know for a fact that they have at least two squads of wyches, a raider, a archon with a medusa, and drahzar plus some other units.

Their transports fall over with a stiff breeze. Just shoot down the transports and kill whatever is foot slogging its way over to you. Dark Angels really shouldnt have too much problems with this (especially a ravenwing force).

Laugh at them with there t3. Deep striking with twin linked assault cannons + storm bolters anillate them tabled a de player turn 2 with 20 deathwing twin linked firing.

Bring a Mortis contemptor 12 s6 rending shots at bs5

Whirlwinds are 65pts wounding on 2+ ignoring armour

There's so many things in our des that anillate them

lots of bolters and autocannons. Heavier weapons are almost a waste.

My opponent is going to be fielding a TON of transports, and for troops he mostly has wyches and kabalite warrior. he also, as it turns out, has a unit of scourges

My opponnent likes to use the raider rushing strategy.
