You can use whatever head you like from all the GW range. Just look at a bitz-shop or on ebay. And bodies depends on the style you want to go for. You could probably use normal model torsos but they are mostly clothed. If you want them to look rotten and long dead maybe some zombie kits out there are a good way to go.
