Just playing around with starting something new:
Savage Orc Great Shaman –Lvl4 -Sword of Battle -Lucky Shrunken Head 275
Savage Orc Warboss -Great Weapon -Trickster's Helm -Crown of Command 241
Savage Orc Big Boss -BSB -Shield -Armour of Destiny 152
Goblin Great Shaman –Lvl3–Dispel Scroll 170
Goblin Warboss –L. Armour -Giant Wolf -Sword of Anti Heroes -Enchanted Shield -Dragonbane Gem 126
38 Savage Orc -Big Uns -Full Command -AHWs 453 <Savage Lords/Heroes Here
20 Goblins –Short Bow –Musician 80 ><Goblin Shaman Here

2 Big Hordes spitting out 40-50 S5 attacks on the charge each (not counting characters which add more). Solo Trolls and Goblin Warboss which will be modeled on a spider are for redirecting/chaff, goblin archers for a bunker. Everything will be modeled with forest goblins, spiders for squigs with a bit of modeling and unit filler if needed. i've just done the Night Goblin thing before and sold them off and want something totally different. Could drop a Big Spider for a unit of 8 trolls and an extra Savage Orc.

That's 4 lord choices, totally, 812 points.
At 2500, you get only 625 points of lords.
You need to cut 200 points of lords.
If you drop the level 3 goblin and downgrade the savage shaman to level 3, you come in under the mark.
You want want to try the goblin wizard bunkered in wolf riders It's less wounds by much better at avoiding.
