Lets just say it was Free-For-All. Any one Warcaster/Warlock each, one Colossal/Gargantuans each. Big table, no terrain. Kill the Warcaster/Warlock, out of the game, kill the Colossal/Garg, your Warcaster/Warlock won't stand a chance and most likely die.
Question is, which Warcaster/Warlock would you assign to your Colossal/Garg, who would you bet on, and who could possibly win? Also point-wise doesn't matter in this battle, only one commander and one Col/Garg allowed. This is just your opinion on which faction could win this wonderful, and destructive battle.

Bartolo + Galleon is still pretty nasty even without spiny growth.
Thagrosh + Archangel = 2x Archangel
as for me, since never played anyone, don't even know stats / strenghts of every one (some are totally unknown to me: ie: Khador, Retribution, Skorne) I can't really make a bet on wich one will stand.
but if I would play such a game, I'd go for Witch Coven with Kraken, just because looks fun
edit: just double checked Coven spell list and doesn't look very useful in this case, so maybe it's not a list as fun as I thought ^^
also, every game should begin with this quote: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mDTqmgT3o30&t=1m36s

Strakov + Conquest would be kinda fun. Cast Over Watch on Conquest and Occultation on Strakov, extra pow 14 a round till the opponent gets into the control area than off we go....

In terms of straight damage output, either Butcher, Karchev, or eSorscha with Conquest could really put the hurt on enemy models. eStryker with Stormwall by that same token.
Darius with Stormwall might not be so bad either due to his feat.
Like many other things in WM/H, it really comes down to matchups. pStryker with Stormwall would be great against most warcaster/colossal combos because of his easy way to Disrupt opposing warjacks. But if someone can Stealth their colossal (Strakhov, Witch Coven), it's not so easy. And it has no effect on warlock/gargantuan combos.
eFeora with a bonded Judicator could easily light the opposing warcaster on fire and keep it on fire. This will win her the game if the warcaster has a low enough ARM.
This is a really interesting scenario. I'd like to see a few of these play out.

Single caster + single colossal matchup I think would favor a caster who is good at assassinations, not necessarily a good "normal" combo with their jack.
Especially a caster who is good at ignoring intervening models so the enemy can't hide behind their colossal.

I am pretty sure Xerxis can scarp a Colossal by himself

And what of the CoS's future Colossal, In your opinion, how well would you think the CoS would do with him? Either poorly, neutral, or at its finest. Eh, who knows, he could possibly be better than Stormwall or weaker than Kraken.

Seeing as how we arn't even sure how regular CoC warjacks function its impossible to guess what their Colossal may be like.
My guess, going by all the others, is that it will be average.

That has been stated as a caster. He is a guy who is not yet high enough in rank to become a machine yet IIRC so he's got super armor going on.

Ravyn and Hyperion come to mind as probably the strongest combo for Retribution. Cast snipe on Hyperion and upkeep Vortex of Destruction on Ravyn will grant both Hyperion and Ravyn automatic boosted damage rolls in her melee range (and she has reach); load up Hyperion with focus and off you go! Her feat is kinda nifty too: boosted range attack rolls and Swift Hunter. Ain't gonna be using Swift Hunter that much in this kind of scenario though.

Setting Ravyn up to do this might be a bit risky. You have to keep a charge
lane clear for her to set up the Boosted Damage rolls, and doing that
gives you an open shot at her.

Xerxis and Mammoth would do insane amount of damage.
Xerxis alone as mentioned by Talamare can perhaps take down a colossal alone? 6 attacks with damage 17 + 3d6. One boosted attack for total of 4d6 from charge.
Mammoth's damage output from Xerxis would just go way over the top.

I was thinking in more of the lines of charging the col/garg or caster/warlock with Ravyn first, do some damage with Vortex of Destruction, then charge Hyperion in for the kill, if not boxing systems offline.
Other options for Retribution could very well be pVyros. He can give armour buffs and can grant +2speed and pathfinder for his battlegroup for 2 focus. eVyros can upkeep Synergy, and when attcking first it gives Hyperion +1 to damage and attack roles. Both p- and eVyros grant Bird's eye (models in battlegroup can ignore forests, cloud effects, and intervening models when determining line of sight.
Ossyan can give Hyperion a boost in speed and defense against range/magic. His gun should also be in consideration since on a direct hit, enemy models under 4" AOE cannot run or charge and they suffer a defense debuff (-2 I believe); this would allow Hyperion to hit casters/warlocks a lot easier while preventing the enemy from running or charging at you! Chronomancer is handy, but be sure to upkeep Admonition on Ossyan when in the thick of battle (around 2nd-3rd round).
These are the ones I know by heart. I don't have anything for Garryth, Kaelyssa, or Rhan

Except it can't do actions during the turn it was revived. Leaving out one of the most squishiest Garg to be possibly murdered horribly by at least 1-5 (Rest probably destroyed) last standing Colossals/Gargs the turn it was killed.
Of course if any so decide to take it out first, but odds of 5, pretty much one of they is going to choose Archangel, if another, its dead meat.

On the colossal side, eHaley+stormwall, Bart+Galleon, have good chances, though I would have to put money on eGoreshade (or whichever one has phantom hunter).
If any gargantuans had a chance, it would be either pMorghoul or Xerxis with the Mammoth, or epic doomshaper with the Mountain King (Wild aggression and +3 spd on one turn)

The stormwall is such a good Colossal I am not sure many would be able to stand up to it if you have it paired with eHaley or Darius.
You better kill the thing in one round with Darius because of his ability to completely repair the thing. And the stormwall has the ability to do some massive damage in one turn of shooting.
