Seems fair that such a solid bulwark should do something when an enemy runs head-first into it.

My proposition: dangerous terrain test for every HoW attack saved by a model carrying a SS and not already locked in combat.

That'd unseat some bikers, cause some crash landing Jumpers, and make a royal mess of a Seeker Chariot that thought it could grind its way through an ultratech shield wall when the steeds would hit the shields before the lawnmower chomps on the troopers.

Shield walls require lots of people. There's already a shield equipped unit in the game that uses their shields in formation to make themselves tougher.

Storm Shields are already ridiculous enough, this would just kick them over OP...
