Out of the ones that you have posted there, I would say that it is closer to the first one, as it has the same short A sound but does not have the double Z. It rhymes with mass.

I was going to say the same. I pronounce it to rhyme with "mass". But that coule be because we both have Aussie accents...

Personally, I pronounce it shoss. (Rhyming with gloss, floss, dross, hoss, and albatross.) I also, it seems, neglected to take the accents into account.
The voice acting in Dawn of War was awful. It's hardly something to be looked at as credible. I think "Shass" is best myself, the "zz" sound doesn't seem right to me and the others are just about English accents around the world.
Shass for me - with a short 'a' sound. Although we pronounce "glass" differently to "ass". Glass is more usually pronounced like "arse" down under, the sound is longer.
