I have ordered 2 of this second model, the Golem Cronus. The price was extremely reasonable given the size- that is a 100mx100m base that it stands on! $74 + $10 shipping to the US.
I'll obviously post how my experience with them goes, and pics when I get the models. I'm going to be using these as counts-as K'daii Destroyers for a chaos dwarf army.

Yeah I thought so, too . Not sure if the price will stay that low once a store is set up; right now to order you have to email them and then pay by Paypal (but I feel that's safer anyway).

Subject: Rothand Studio, Update Jan 31st - Egyptian Hierotitan and 6" tall Dwarf Lord Mountain Giant
Arise, my thread, there is news! Rothand had an IGG campaign which did not fund, and so they've continued their normal releases, and what fantastic releases they are!
First up, legs to convert a GW Warsphinx into a Hierotitan. Here are two versions he has done as examples:
And a pic of just the legs, and a painted version:
HOW TO MAKE HIEROTITAN
And here you can see for what you can use them. This is my conversion of warhammer tomb kings hierotitan.
Of course is only example and you can use it to build something totally new.
If you have any problem with your conversion please send me mail. I'll try to help you as I can
To make guy on the left I've used warsphinx standard
and barbecue stick. Instead of scales you can simply put in his hand one of necrosphinx blades.
If you want have those "legs" please send me email.
Here also is the Dwarf Lord Model "Mountain Giant", which is listed as 6" tall:
As a final note, I received both of the Golems I ordered from him by contacting him via email and paying by Paypal. I was absolutely thrilled with them, particularly for the price

IF/WHEN WFB 9th come out, and IF/WHEN they officially add in 'allies', it will be hard to resist adding in this awesome conversion kit and getting Tomb Kings detachment!

I had not thought of that, but you're right Alph, that would be a great way to be able to use it . Just shows how cool that GW kit could have been, and is with this conversion kit.

I seem to have developed a golem itch that needs scratching, but can't justify a massive spend on a cool mini I have no other use for, if its good value then this may be the answer, as these things are universally awesome!

Azrael, the Golem Cronus was $74 plus $10 shipping to the US when I bought it in April. I thought that was an absolute steal for the size... it's standing on a 100mm square base
Here's a set of painted pics from James Wappel's blog:
Quite a gem of a company you have found here! I must have that Egyptian conversion set. Been musing over how to give that model legs for ages but now someone went and did all the work for me.
Basement, I absolutely love the pieces, although my chaos dwarf army project got put behind my tyranids in the queue, so I have not yet built it. I will try to get up some pics of just the components, though- they look extremely well cast to me.

So, I received a set of the legs today. Overall, cast quality is good with practically no flash or clean up needed. Though a quick dry fit suggests that a little bit of working will be needed for the leg joins where the two main parts go together.
Just need to pick up the plastic parts now before putting it all together.
Looks like you could use the Daemon body from the Defiler kits and make Greater Daemons with those legs too?

Uriels_Flame -> Sorry but "colossus legs" are not fix for Soulgrinder. They are smaller than daemon torso, but I have plan for creating something that maybe could fix by scale.
Please check YT channel and blog for more stuff and news
Here you can see 360* of Golem Cronus:
and new Mountain Giant / Dwarf Lord:

Oh, very cool seeing a 360 of that!
Glad you found this thread . I see you've got a nice one in the P&M showcase area, too . If you sculpt new releases, feel free to either post them in here (I would then update the title) or start your own thread in this section. It tends to be where gamers go to look for new shinies to buy

€44 including shipping, quite healthy and stacks up supremely well against the GW option.

The only thing stopping me from insta-buying them is the texture on the back of the upper section of the worms. What is that supposed to portray, I just can't quite think how I'd paint it?

texture is very reminiscent of the surface of a slug when viewed up close. I would go with a darker grayish brown and then highlight with lighter shades.
