Do you foresee any rules issues with this guy on a 40mm base? I stuck him on one and he looks proportional to the base. He's terminator sized. I don't see it being modeling for an advantage as my opponent can get more models in base with him on the larger base. Although the same can be said for him....

Regarding the base size there was an old rule stating that the bases could be bigger than the ones it came with but not smaller, i think that one is long gone, still, for the sake of making an awesome base/conversion many people will let it pass
