hey, i recentlet bought an airbrush, BD-130, it is a cheap Chinese air brush. my problem is that i need to connect to a proppelant can because i currently cannot afford and air compressor. i am trying to connect it to the hose and can adapter that came with the citadel spray gun but the hose doesn't fit the airbrush. i recently purchased an adapter in order to connect the hose to the airbrush, the adapter fit the hose but didnt fit the airbrush as it was too big, the small end was perfect for the hose but didn't fit the airbrush ( picture below)

Sounds like you either need an adapter for your adapter, or have learned a valuable lesson in buying cheap, Chinese knock-offs. They're cheap for a reason.

It is best to be a pessimist. You are usually right and, when you're wrong, you're pleasantly surprised.

you will need a different adapter. either a stand alone one to fit the brush and hose, or one to add to the one you have already (less preferable as more join = more potential leaks to sort out)

The airbrush is a 1/8" standard pipe fitting. The hose... I cant say, you hopefully know that as youve already aquired an adapter (which looks to be 1/4" standard pipe at the other end)

this place carries a lot of useful adapters, hoses, paints, airbrushes and accessories I expect them to have what you will need.

there is a channel on youtube i discovered recently called "buypainted" he has a tutorial section , and within it, he has a video called airbrush setup for under 20$.

I believe your device matches what he shows in that very video , he also shows you how to avoid buying an expensive compressor.

Hope you find it as insightful as I did. I will let you do the digging because I am not sure if it is OK to paste links.

Cheers mate !
