So, is Fixit epoxy repair putty the same as 'greenstuff'? it sounds the same from what i understand but having never used either i need to confirm/reject.

No - not the same. It is closer to the rest of the Aves products like Apoxiesculpt than to GS.

I don't have used it but i asumet that it isn't "the same" as GS. It cures rock hard as far as the description of the stuff says so i would imagine it is more in line with products like milliput. (GS is still slightly rubbery once hardened.)
It probably can be used for miniature sculpting and modification but GS is probably more beginner friendly.

But just to repeat this is only an asumption based on the description and pricing on the fixit stuff and my experience with both GS and Milliput.

Ok, thanks for the help. Its just that i noticed the epoxy going for 90p a tube at a local superstore, opposed to GS which is £6. Quite a saving i thought especially as GS is on my 'to get' list. But the epoxy may still be useful! Cheers.
