I had a game were my opponent shot GK psylensers (spelling?) at my deamon of slaanesh chariot. He wounds all deamons on 4+ with this weapon, but he cant possibly glance or pen it on a 4+ right?
I would argue that the chariot has no wounds (in shooting) so he has to go strength vs armor? just whant to check with people

That is correct. Vehicles have no wounds so unless the FAQ for GK's has something like it what Gauss does for Necrons or Plague of Rust for Nurgle weapons or something similar, then it is useless against Daemon Chariots
Edit: spelling.

Pretty much^
I don't know why he is bringing Psylencers since they are pretty crappy...
S7 Psycannons are going to wound on 2+/ 3+ anyway.

Psilencers are still a poor choice. Even against daemons, Psycannon is almost always as good or better.
IIRC only against T3 or T5/T6 with no armor save Psilencer was better...

Vehicles don't take wounds, so the Psilencers rule has no effect, its just got its normal strength. Exactly the same like a weapon with poison.
Pilencers suck, theres no way around it.
