No.For you to be in range of the fusion gun,I would be in range for my Meltashot(ID),and rapid fire range.You bike's +1 toughness wouldn't help against hellfire.If you managed to get in range of my rapid fire or melta,then my Grenade launcher is also in range.If you get wounded by a Krak Grenade,then ID.If you get in range for the Laser lance,then that means you will be in charge range,even if you then move away.

In assault,you would hit first,but half of you attacks(2.5),would miss,and 2/3 wouldn't wound(0.83). After armour saves(because you don't have a power weapon,I would be wounded 0.2777777777777 times.

I have then 3 attacks.Half miss,1/6 doesn't wound,and you have a 4++,so have a saved.That means you will be wounded 0.625 times.You would need to wound me 3 times,where as my Str 6 Relic Blade would ID you.

If I charge,you results diminish to 0.1666666666 wounds, because you would only have 3 attacks.

My results would increase to 0.833333333,because of my extra attack.

If you try to out run me,you won't get in range,so it will draw.
