Maxi mini have a few, I don't have any experience buying from them though:
http://www.maxmini.eu/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=22_27&products_id=101
I've always had good expeirence with puppetswar, very good detail and good quality resin,

These heads look very nice for Iron warriors, I use them for my plague marine count-as

Apart from the aforementioned, there are also Blightwheel Miniatures & Zinge Industries. Chapterhouse Studios also have a harness kit.

GW has an iron hands conversion pack, should have a lot of what you need. Judging for the pictures at least, don't personally own one.

Thanx for the replies! I particularly like Anvil Industries legs and arms, and only 6 pounds! On a bitz site they are charging $6.99 Aus for 1 pair of Iron Hands legs so im thinking going non GW is the way to go. Seeing as i dont play or take my armys into GW it doesnt matter. Thanx again people for the input.
