The first time i saw jungle fighters i fell in love with them.I know loads of people hate the sculpts etc but i really dig the vietnam vibe.For my army i wanted to make them kind of like the guys from the predator movie.This force has been on hold for over 18 months as i've been preocupied with other armies etc.Now in the next few weeks i plan to get back into them,for the moment though i thought i would share what i have created so far.Some of you may have seen these pics in my older posts but i thought i'd place them all together.

Ok folks here is a little update.Not a great deal really but still progress none the less.I have hit a bit of a wall with my sons of Horus so I have picked up a battleforce of Catachans and plan to keep on trucking with these guys.As always any comments etc are welcomed,remember though this is very much a w.i.p.

Hi folks,well i've been busy painting away and have got the guys up to this standard so far.I know there are still parts that need a lick of paint to touch up etc.Any advice on the flesh painting would be a real help.

Small update,i finally got my scout guys together and tidied up my previous guys a little.

I fancied a little change and came up with this model.
It's a 1/48 scale german ww2 boatcar.I thought it would be great for a jungle fighter in the deep jungle etc.
As usual please feel free to comment,i read them all.

I would advise painting the ork head a little brighter or bloody so it stands out more against the green jeep.

What are you going to play the jeep as?

I don't play,i just paint what takes my fancy.At the moment thats my baby ogryns.

Hey thanks 'Shin! ...Ram - - um, I mean "Marbo" has been my favorite Catachan piece so far to kitbash and paint. What are you using for the jungle plants on your bases? They're looking boss, and I'm going to have to up my game now for sure!
