I need some input, what can i use for a daemon princess? My sorceror lord is made out of the dark elf sorceress so if she should turn into a daemon with a lucky eotg roll i want it to at least resemble her slightly.

Custom sculpt it? Use a Slaanesh daemon?

The Seraphs of Thunder: a homebrew, almost entirely converted successor Deathwing. And also some Orks. And whatever else I have lying around.

I'm writing a load of fiction. My latest story starts here... This is the index of all the stories...

How bouts a keeper of secrets with some modifying? The model is pretty awesome already. I'm reffering to the forgeworld one, specifically.

I would go with a conversion of the 54mm Inquisitor Sevora/Severina model or the Ultraforge Pleasure Demon model.

A guy I used to play 40k with had the 75mm xmas Sophie as his Daemon princess in a game we played a few years back and it looked the part.
