So I'm a little confused about how to build Noise Marines with the current models. There's an upgrade sprue apparently? How many Noise Marines can you make with one purchase of the upgrade sprue?

I like my CSM to look a little fresher from the Heresy than the default, so could I use a standard SM Tactical Squad to build the Noise Marines with the upgrade sprue? They wouldn't be drastically incompatible would they?

Games Workshop seems to hate you, since their upgrade pack comes with only the things shown in the picture.

So, that would allow you to make one blastmaster, one sonic blaster, and have one backpack and some heads.


However, they should be compatible with Tactical Marines, as they're all based on the same model anyway.

Holy poot! Oh man that burns. I could get another squad for that price! Anyone had any luck green stuffing them?

I just bought 5 upgrade kits that come with the chestpeice, blastmaster, sonic blaster, and doom siren. You basically get a full marine. I bought 5 pairs of legs off ebay and didn't have to waste half a CSM model kit to upgrade my 5 blast masters.
