Just looking for any thoughts and opinions on this current paint job. I already know the right eye needs some serious touch ups but any comments are welcomed!

It really looks great. However, there are a few pointers I would like to point out.

Since you used a very dark green (probably through citadel paints) you need to hard highlight it with a Scorpion green (almost neon green). This will bring more pop to the edges of your model and really make it stand out. Also try to edge the red with some orange, this will give it an element of "sun" hitting the paint and reflecting off the armor. other than that try to use less wash. There is heavy wash in some areas of the model.

Overall great job though man.

The only greens I have are Caliban Green, Warpstone Glow and Moot Green. Moot Green is, I think, way too bright for Dark Angels. Should I just tidy up the current high lights?

Moot Green is the old Scorpion Green. What he's suggesting is a tiny edge highlight, basically the finest line you can manage right on the hard corners. The idea is that you're picking out the outline of the model from the dark colors with a contrasting shade of the same color.
