Yea I think your list will do fine against the tyranid player but I would be a little more concerned about the tau player as they might have a better chance of tabling you.

You need more gun. What's the point of veterans in a chimera if they aren't doing anything? LRBTs only cost 150 pts and the Vanquisher is only 155. Get some Plasma Guns on those Vets or at least melta guns. What kind of heavy weapons are your infantry platoons packing? Autocannons may be preferable vs. Orks but I always like Lascannons. If you want to run a single Vanquisher it's worth it to give it pask so it doesn't miss all the time.

yes sorry i didnt put much deatil in to squads, my vets have melt guns and plsma guns and the chimerias are there to catch up to the strom troopers il be deep striking in and my tanks thats there pointed when kitted out and the vanq has pask on him again thats its points kitted out to what i wanted it with again sorry lol
my heavy squads im going with morters 2 auto cannons and 1 lascannon
