On Nimbosa, cramming as many guardsmen into troop carriers as possible.
For my space marine army, I decided to use the chapter generator, and as one of the mutations, I got olfactory fbjvkbdfjk (the one that gives marines messed up skin.) I am unfortunately at a loss as to what colors their skin should be. I plan on doing a mix, but I need help with coming up with ideas.
Do what you like. I don't think that there is a specific color connected to this flaw.
You might want to experiment with some possible solutions. Maybe change the wash you use on your normal skin with a different one (like purple or blue) or even mix a little bit of another color into your normal skin tones like grey or white or yellow.
What i personally would do is go for the rule of cool. Ask yourself what would look cool next to the color scheme you want to go for and then choose a skin tone that works with it.
Just use some test models and paint them with what you think would work. Or even just glue some unused bare heads on a spure and test the paint on them. I did something similar with my unused AoBR orks. The skin tones where supposed to be for my CSM but maybe there are some in it that work for you. (Or at least give you some starting points.

1-2) Deneb Stone -> purple wash -> deneb stone
---- Maybe.
2-1) Emperos Children + Grey -> Thinned blue glaze -> Emperors Children + grey -> the same + white
---- Kinda cool but not for human skin. Maybe on the demonic mutations ...
2-2) Emperors Children + dwarf flesh -> purple wash
---- Also interesting for demonic stuff like tentacles or so.
3-1) Same as 1-1 without the grey and added purple wash to Ogryn flesh
----- To fleshy.
3-2) i dont have the slightes clue whar i did there. I think grey -> purple wash -> thined blue glaze -> grey highlight
---- ????
4-1) deneb -> blue wash -> blue glaze
---- very blue ... not my case.
4-2) Deneb stone -> ogryn flesh + purple wash -> deneb stone
---- maybe
5-1) Like 4-2 but only purple wash and idenical with 1-2
1.) Paint with GW Rakarth Flesh (or Dheneb Stone, if you're still using the old colours).
2.) Wash liberally with GW Ogryn Flesh (not sure about the new version, but maybe Reikland Flesh shade, or something like that?)
3.) Accents with slightly thinned down Rakarth Flesh
4.) Carefully apply a mix of Ogryn Flesh and Leviathan purple into and around some of the deepest recesses (eyesockets, below the cheekbones,...) to emulate bruising and sickly pallor.
---- Hmmm pale flesh. good for cultists and such but for my marines ... i don't know.
I'm still insecure ... Maybe I'll make another try with crimson wash. (totally forgotten that i also had one of those ...) this will be a little bit lighter that the purple wash. But for now my orks are on strike and don't want more strange colors.
