Does anyone know of a good air brush this is relatively cheaper? It gets kinda tiring hand painting a whole Necron the silver when you have over 100 you have to do.
If you know of a good cheap one please let me know

You could try The Army Painter Colored Spray Primers. They have a metallic color that comes out like a lighter silver. If you're going to use that, hit them with Testors Dullcote when they're dry so they take a wash and other paint better.
Otherwise, your local hobby or craft store should have some "canned air" spray guns that aren't too expensive, but as others have said, if you're going to airbrush, just spend the money and get something worth having.

If you are looking to basecoat only, get a Badger 250. Simple, inexpensive external feed single-action brush that will spray almost anything. I've been using one to basecoat models and terrain for something like twenty years, still works fine. You can't use it for fine work, the minimum spray pattern is something like 3/4" or 20mm, but you can spray a fine even coat all day long.

You're going to want to spend a bit more for this particular project...if you wind up getting a super cheap brush you will finish this project and then won't have anything else you can do with it. Buy a compressor with a tank and a dual action gravity feed brush at a minimum...even if it's off brand. That way you'll be able to do this project plus anything else you want to do down the line...trust me, you'll want to do some more airbrushing as time goes on, it's sort of an addicting way to paint,

Honestly if you have a Harbor Freight near you, they sell a brush for around $20 that is a great starter airbrush. I picked this up a little while back and just used it to do all my base coating of my last army, it works great for that purpose. I was using a custom color so doing it by hand would have been a total pain but I was able to base the entire army in one evening with this guy. When I am a bit more experienced I'll probably invest in a nicer brush, but I don't think you can go wrong for that price point just to start messing around with it. Sounds like it fits what you're looking for.
You can even order it online http://www.harborfreight.com/deluxe-airbrush-kit-95810.html

They make thinners specifically for airbrushing. Check the bottom of this post for a write up of Liquitex Airbrush Medium.

Aside from what the other posters have mentioned, if you've no interest in getting an airbrush other than to basecoat quickly, might I simple suggest:
Same idea as Jordan, I just prefer to pay for Krylon ($4) vs anything Army Painter puts out.
Otherwise, I agree. If you purchase an airbrush, do it right and get something worth getting. I'm a huge fan of my Badger 105 Patriot:

If the suggestions here don't work, do a few searches - there are LITERALLY dozens and dozens of posts on airburshes - the question gets asked about once a month.

Amozon,
I got a Badger Sotar for under $100 works great, Then get a decent compresor you should be able to find one for around $100 too...
Honestly I think if you are going to get started on air brushing $200 is a good starting point on what your looking to spend... You can go a bit down or up on the cost from that point, but you have to think on what you'll be getting and what you'll want to have in the future...go to cheap and your just going to end up spending that much more later getting what you wanted to start with. But the key thing is to look around.
