Give the hammerheads sensor spines so you can hide them in cover without worry.

Riptides could use Stim injector. It's just too good. Consider the burst cannon with that many markerlights. You can bump him to BS6 and that way you can re-roll the gets hot 1s that missed on the 8-12 shots you fired (and possibly snag another hit on a 6).

Maybe have larger groups of firewarriors?
In their current state they must take a moral test if they get only 2 casualties.
At 10-12 you need to lose 3 before morale, just a note that might be interesting to consider.

And there is an aweful lot of Fusion blasters too, wouldnt it be a safer bet against MEQ if you had a few plasmas hanging around? I mean you do have 4 hammerheads and 2 Ion Riptides.

I agree that it would but I am not sure which Fusion Blasters to Switch out as I play in a very mech heavy meta

Not really needed considering his Marker drones are at BS5 with 4+ save and can move and shoot, also 4T.

As for fusions, you might want to switch out 1 or 2 of the crisis teams to be Double plasma and be specialized in MEQ hunting, and if you run out of marines, you could just shoot at weak mechs, ( str 6 glances AV 12, and you have enough other things to take down higher armor in case anyho and Plasma is AP 2 if i rememer correctly)

I'm assuming your attaching your 3 commanders to the 3 markerdrone teams. You need to have more firewarriors in your teams. With 8 if you lose 2 their running w/ no ethereal. I'd drop the shield gens on your commanders and just use LOS's if you need to and add another weapon to your commanders. BS5 and they have just 1 weapon doesn't make sense. Take advantage of that. Also with that many Hammerheads you could change up your fusion teams to either plasma or missilepod teams. Take advantage of the range, fusion puts you up too close and has minimal shots. Consider the puretide chip for monster or tank hunter too. Other than that maybe switch up the riptide weapons for sms. 30" range 4 shot twin-linked and can fire at targets hiding out of sight. Best of luck!!

I would run all your commanders as;
2x missile pods, drone controller, target lock with the saved points i would slap an ethereal in.

Your lacking anti air in the list i would swap 1 or 2 of the hammerheads for sky rays, all your hammer heads need blacksun filters for 1 point they are a must as 1st turn 50/50 chance it will be night fighting.

wIth the riptides while stim injectors are nice they are also expensive so they are not an auto include i would run ewo and velocity trackers.

also with the marker drones take 2 with the commanders and save yourself 4 points a squad

I pointed up your list and it seems its 124 points over some one might want to double check as i may be wrong.

True but Fusion Blasters work against MEQ just the same as Plasma but have the added benefit of being able to take out High AV vehicles

Well Plasma is Rapid fire, and double so many shots in charge distance might save your bacon, and you have enough Fusion and Hammerheads for AV14 already.
