Any ideas on how to make him really pop? Feels like he's missing a certain something at the moment.

1) Find Heraldry
2) Finish Purity Seals
3) Stronger highlights?

Make his edge highlights a lighter grey and the highlight all of the corners and points with an even lighter grey than that

Yeah, a bit more highlights will make it look really good. You have some good weathering on the purity seals and the barrels. I also think the base looks great.

I can't wait to get mine in a couple days.
