Your fire support unit really doesn't need to be a 10 man unit, cut them down to 5 and use the points to bolster your blob to 20 men. I'd also replace the flamer with a meltagun and the Power Axe with a Power Fist, but both of those are a matter of taste, especially the fist. If you can, replace the LC Terminators with more TH/SS Terminators. With the claws going to AP3 and there being no I bonus from Furious Charge anymore LC Terminators generally aren't worth it. I'd also replace the Storm Bolter on your Chaplain with a Power Fist or Thunder Hammer.

Your 10-man melee squad isn't going to get anything done ever. I'd suggest looking into getting a Drop Pod for them to let them get somewhere without having to walk all over the board.

As a final note, you don't have Eternal Warrior on your Chaplain, you have immunity to Instant Death from double toughness. Boneswords and similar weapons still kill you instantly.

In addition to what AlmightyWalrus said I would take out Helbrecht as he doesn't really contribute anything to the list, downgrade the dreadnought to a regular one IMO the BS change and venerable rule isn't enough of a bonus.
A group of 5 Tactical terminators with 2 Cyclone missile launchers can hunt MC all day long and will really help against nids

you should also think about target priority, what do you send the vindi's after?

Actually, that's a point, your list is illegal: You can't have both an Iron Halo and an Adamantine Mantle in the same list, and Helbrecht has an Iron Halo.

Can BT take 3 HQs in one FOC? If not, that's another problem.

They can, as the Emperor's Champion does not count towards HQs.

BTs have the cheapest Typhoon land speeders, these would help a lot to thin out hordes or shoot some kraks in MCs.

Also, as mentioned above, termies with dual CMLs or dual ACs would help as well.

Almightywalrus point about dual relics is true as well, you might as well just have a regular Marshal in artificer or termie armor for a similar point cost.

Cheers.

I would say that you are too assault focused, and Tyranids will wreck you in assault. Try for a heavier amount of fire power, especially when facing hordes. Heavy bolters and assault cannons tear apart hordes, and you will need auto cannons or missile launchers when dealing with MC. Terminators are a waste against Tyranids if they are utilizing MC or warriors, as they both ignore armour (provide the warriors have boneswords). Even against the swarm Terminators have a hard time as the sheer number of attacks that can hit will overwhelm even a 2+ save. (A squad of just 10 Hormagaunts hits 30 times on the charge, and only costs 60 points.) You can take twice as many tactical marines then terminators and bolters will carve through more 'Nid then thunderhammers ever will. You may also want some kind of flyer or anti-air because an FMC will ruin your day.

(I don't play BT, I play Tyranid and these are just some of the things I have noticed.)
