So...I'm flippin through my Troll codex/book, and I noticed something weird in the themed list section. Under Calandra, in the section that describes allowable/restricted units, the book indicates that she's not allowed to take character light warbeasts. To my very limited knowledge, there isn't any trollblood non-character light warbeasts. What exactly is PP alluding to here....
In addition, is Lock and Load something akin to a E3 for tabletop (PP orientated)? I came across some old videos, and unless I'm wrong, PP seems to do decent amount of reveals at these events. Assuming that my comparison to E3 is somewhat true (even if it might be on a significantly smaller scale), should I expect to see a decent amount of new info? I'm kinda wondering what Trollkin Highwaymen are....

They often include things which aren't in existence yet. For example there was never a stormblade solo until this brand new one (is he even released yet as a matter of fact?). Yet there were 'stormblade solos' in some theme lists.

You'll also find that PP tend to use "non-character Warbeast/Warjack" as the standard wording for theme lists, as only character jack/beasts specifically related to that character will ever be allowed anyway.
Meanwhile, Lock and Load is PPs own convention, all PP all the time, so it's also often used for big announcements or revealing things they're working on. Last lock and load they had people working on the Archangel green sculpt, painting the official Judicator and showing off the art for some of the new cavalry units. They really seem to give you a good look at what the studio is doing and working on, rather than just what's already been released, though obviously they're not going to show off everything. Keep an eye out during the week, and you very well may find out about trollkin highwaymen... Or you might not. Just because they've been mentioned in a theme list doesn't mean you'll get them immediately - Menoth have been waiting for Flamebringers since wrath and for an Idrian solo since the faction book, neither of which has even been hinted at yet.

Ooooh and why isn't Kreoss a weapon master and errants vs. TFG, what's the point of self-sacrifice, and cinerators vs. bastions. Sorry, reflexively go to the groundhog day thread mentality
Another example, Kreoss2 is allowed to take exemplar solos, so he gets the new bastion senny as an option in his tier (though slightly different as there were exemplar solos out when the tier was written)

Errants and TFG are both good.
Self Sacrifice is an amazing rule.
Bastions are better than Cinerators, though the Cinerators aren't Bad.

One more thing in favor of bastions is they just got their senechal released, which is sad because cinerators could really sue some love.

They really probably should. They clearly aren't going to get it otherwise.

There are many tier lists that have left space open for non-existent units.
iKreoss's Tier says non-character cavalry units and solos have their FA increased by 1. As it is, there are no non-character cavalry solos and only 1 unit of cavalry. This clearly means we are getting another cav unit sometime along with a solo of some kind, an exemplar cav solo whats more(IE: Venger Seneshal)
PP has the sense to cover their butts regarding future releases.
