I am currently working on a 1000 point Elysian list. Our local meta allows FW only if it represents something from the current codex.

For whatever reason the Elysian range doesn't have as much of a model range as the DKoK, leaving me room for a few conversions.

I'm looking for ideas on how to make an Astropath, Officer of the Fleet, and Commissar that fit the Elysian motif. I have an idea for the Commissar but am clueless about the Astropath and Officer of the Fleet.

Here is my Commissar idea: Use the Cadian officers head (to get the hat), along with painting all his cloth black. Im also thinking about picking up a pair of Cadian legs to give him the appearance of a jacket tucked under the armor. However I'm not sure how tall Cadian's are compared to Elysians. I'm not sure on pose, but thats workable.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

In all honesty, I've thought about picking up a DKoK CCS to use as advisors for my Elysians. The CO would make a great commissar if you altered his helmet to be a peaked cap instead. As to the Mast of Fleet (or FLO as I call him), the vox operator with a head swap to an Elysian respirator head would work quite well, the astropath could be made from the standard bearer if you remove the banner from the pole or if it doesn't come attached then leave it off, replace his head with a cadian command squad high & tight head with a respirator. Good to go. Paint the Master of the Fleet in like blue or white, the commissar in black, the astropath in a red or purple/maroon.

Plus, then you have a pair of lasgunners leftover for tank commander or something.

And for the record, your local meta are douches if they don't allow the FW army lists, they are so underpowered and overcosted compared to their codex counterparts it's unreal & are complete fluff armies, speaking as someone who plays DKoK, Siege Assault Vanguard, & Elysian armies.
