Hasslefree do a more real scale weapon compared to GWs heroic weapon scale. I don't have the mac10s, but I have got the following pics of other hasslefree weapons on GW models.

The new Chaos cultist models for 40k are actually armed with autoguns and autopistols as well as a variety of crude hand weapons, it's like they were made for necromunda. They even look like gangers, I was thinking of buying a box just for the parts so I could build up my gang a little bigger.

I use the new Cultists as an Orlock gang straight out of the box. It's pretty amazing how well they work.
