I've got a plog going down in the P&M Blogs subforum, but thought it would be fun to post some pics of the miniatures that I've actually finished (sort of - there are a few bits and pieces I want to do to them before they are absolutely, categorically finished, but they're good enough for now!):

Been following your blog, but thought I'd post here as well. Awesome stuff, really good work.

Neat digital camo! How did you paint it?

I guarantee you that I'm not really as smart as the test says:

I'd like to do a tutorial. It might have to wait until next weekend, though.

Basically, I paint on regular, blobby camouflage, then square it off with a fresh application of the basecoat.

Very awesome! I especially like the reflective visor on Muyib and the camo; neat work. I'm not a big fan of writing on the bases though, for me it takes away the illusion that the miniature is a person/creature/tank/thing.

"That is not the way. The warriors from the sky are above the squabblings of the clans. We choose only the bravest of the plains people. We take no sides."

That is some of the best camo I've seen, great set of miniatures.

I'm loving the digital camo, and the desert colours are very suitable, overall great paint jobs.

Do you speak Arabic? My Arabic is rusty and I'm having a little trouble reading what the bases say.

Here's the latest addition to the force - not quite finished, as I've still got to do the base rim, but basically there:

@Soul Samurari - The Lasiq has the opening line of the the Fathiha "B'ism Allah, ar-Rahman, ar-Rahiim". However, I will be changing that to the same as the others, who have a line from Salah ad-Din, founder of the Isma'ili cult faction known to history as the Assassins: "La shay haqiiq; Kul shay halaal" - Nothing is true; everything is permitted.

My Arabic is a bit rusty from lack of use, but once upon a time I was pretty good. Got a Masters degree and everything.

Very cool, and like others have said that camo is great. Really gives them a unique look and keeps the muted colours interesting. Good work!
