are you CREATING sisters of battle or USING sisters of battle to create something new? a little vauge there...
you might have to settle for plasticard, greenstuff and casting your own parts, not really sure what is readily available and readily usable.

I have a feeling you are doing what I am doing. I'm using wytches as my base (with some warrior legs as well) and then using green stuff(liquid and solid) to build up some of the more scantily parts. My main problem is finding arms that work.
Helpful hint : I used that quick mold blocks to mass produce flur-de-lys and inquistion symbols out of green stuff. This makes a lot of the details easier to mix and match on the leg and chest pieces.

Hey Inari thats exactly what Im doing as well. I have found that wil some minor work the dark eldar warrior arms seem to be working out fine and maintaing the correct form.
Poda I think plasticard is going to be the best bet then to have to make some. Never worked with the stuff though. Any good suggestions of tips i should be aware of for making shoulders?

SoB basically have wide, flat pieces of sheet metal and not proper pauldrons, so you'll have to settle with GS and Plasticard.
Tips: Thinner is better on smaller models, and easier to cut. Usually comes in big sheets though, so don't buy a bunch. Most of the rims and trims can best be done with GS. Remember that plasticard is styrene, so plastic glue WILL bond to it. This also means that it DOES bend, so if you want a curve, just bend it and make sure you don't snap it. It's pretty easy to work with actually. Just make sure you have a sharp knife to cut it, and measure stuff out if you're doing something symmetrical.

Where is the best place to get plasticard and what name does it go by here in the US?

I can't say where to get plasticard in the US but you can search for polystyrene sheets (rods, pipes, and so on ... ) to find it. Polystyrene is the material plasticard is made of and you'll probably find it in non wargaming modelling shops under this category. (I order mine from an architects supplier.)

I'd think you could use Cadian shoulders if you want something rounded that isn't grotesquely oversized.

In the US you can usually find Plastruct or Evergreen plasticard in hobby shops and modeling stores. Pearl Paint has Plastruct for sure (or at least it does where I am), but I'm not sure where to find Evergreen. In the US it's called polystyrene (because plasticard wasn't cool). You can also order it off eBay if you can't find it locally.

Cadian shoulders are rounded, like SM ones. SoB pauldrons are basically flat planes.

I was intending to present a different option if he prefers the rounded aesthetic, as there wasn't anything in the OP suggesting that he was committed to modeling the shoulders exactly like the existing sculpts. If he'd rather have flat then that's been adequately answered, but I just wanted to point out that a rounded, reasonably-sized shoulder with an Imperial aesthetic does exist if that fits his requirements.

That is indeed true, sir Saxton Hale. I'm just a stickler for details.
