I'm going up against my friend Alex tomorrow, and I think he's bringing CSMs, and his army list includes Kharn, some Zerkers and a Land Raider, I can field pretty much anything from the BA 'Dex, and I wanted to know what sort of stuff could take him out, cheers  (this is 1000pts by the way :3)

You shouldn't be scared of Khorne Berzerkers at all. Your Death Company for example is only 1 point more expensive and they have 1 more attack and have access to Power Weapons. If you're a decent player, he can only win if he's lucky or spam Heldrakes.

Plasma cannon devs v the MEQs, melta guns or multi-melta attack bikes to pop the land raider...nothing too tricky about it, really. Just stay out of combat with them and kill them the same way you'd kill anything else with a 3+ save.

Get something to open up his METAL BOX, then shoot the huddled up berzerkers to death. Remember to bring a bucket to collect his tears.

I would not field DC at all. Tac squads all day long, put them in a rhino, give one a HB and laugh when the Zerks crack it open, they'll have a nice day of rapid fire on the zerks.
Take a libby HQ, and 4 squads of 10 TSM. You'll have about 200 or so points for two squads of ASM w/MG.

1000 pts? Plenty of room for the MM attack bikes. Use these to put the berserkers on foot and then shoot. Remember that fast vehicles are just as shooty driving backwards. At 1K, FNP MM attack bikes are very tough to crack. Try to prescience them the turn they go after the LR.
Actually, just pretend they are grey hunters and fight them the same. And then realize the Space Wolves have an entire army of them. And then realize just how much the BA suck in comparison :(
