First of all, I hate to be a jerk but Dakka has a policy of not writing individual point costs so from now on just write the point cost of whole squad. Second, Assault marines are actually 18p a piece. And now finally to the list I'm not sure if Cap is the best choice for HQ but he'll manage. But remember that against most common foes, he'll benefit from I5 so PF has a huge disadvantage. And if Assault squad doesn't have JP's you could get them a Rhino for only 15p. Not bad right? Those Tac marines should take flamer as it's free specialist weapon. So overall: fix that miscalculation with AS, switch Cap's PF for Sword and try to find points for another Rhino (by fropping TH or two, LC's aren't that bad choice with them)

I'm honestly very wary of doing terminators AND a storm raven in one game. It simply limits your model number and shots severely. I'd replace the storm raven with devastators personally.

Perturbed Blood Angel Tactical Marine
Nonbeing, that is to say, everything.

Right. So. Blood Angels. I'm just gonna rewrite your list for convenience.
Captain (PF) - 125
10x Tac. (Flmr, LC, Teleport) - 195
--Rhino (SB) - 60
9x RAS - 172
x7 TA (x5 TH/SS) - 265'
Raven (MM/LC) - 200
So. The captain is not the best choice for an HQ, as he doesn't add much other than some combat prowess. You can take him, but if you do a PW please - that initiative. I would prefer a libby here, maybe with a JP to keep the points.
The rest of your list is pretty jumbled: I dont like ravens at 1k but its not necessarily bad, just dont also have terminators. Especially not 7.
What I would do is drop the terminators for another squad of assault marines. For both of these assault squads then I would go with packs, and definitely give them special weapons as does make them substantially more useful. Or you could keep them in tanks, but then I would go with squads of 5 in razorbacks. In rhinos, they dont really do much and tbh have little point. They cant assault out, and they dont have firepower.
I would drop the teleport homer from the Tac. as you no longer have termis.
I would also drop the extra storm bolter from the rhino.
If you go packs on the RAS, I would have 2 meltas in one squad 2 flamers in the other. Maybe a PF thrown in there.
If you go mech, 3-4 squads in razorbacks (preferably with big guns, I like las/plas and asscannon the best) maybe throw in a priest in one and a libby in one. If you want Tac. here put them in a squad of 6 in a razorback, I've been assured it works wonders. Don't worry - you can have meltas and flamers in the assault squads still, you wont miss any special weapons.
GLHF bro, and for chuck's sake get rid of those point-for-point upgrades

People say get rid of the SR, but I really want to use it!! :/ It's so cool! I played it in a game today and it did its job, dropped off my assault marines, killed a DP, took a couple of HPs off a Heldrake before it got immobilised and exploded xD Automatically Appended Next Post: As for HQ choices, I have the DV Chappy, the DV Libby, a normal metal Libby and a Termy Libby?? What should I use??

Well as you should always respect opinions if you ask them, I also think that whatever points or toughts others have, the most important thing is always what do you like to field. So go with SR if you think it's worth the points. And for BA HQ: Libby - good overall choice, cheap and useful. Can protect your squad or bring some havoc with his little magic tricks. Cap - his high WS and I are only reasons to field him. Doesn't help your other troops at all but can survive a fight against most HQs in game. Chap - my most common choice. His 4+ Inv and free power weapon make him capable to fight in CC and gives your squad good buffs (makes them Fearless for examle)

Any good equipment combinations I should be aware of?

For Captain Power Sword and if moved with AS Jump Packs (suprise!) Terminator armour is easy way to give the Libby that Inv he lacks.
Other than those I never bother to give them anything.
