I can personally thank Puppetswar for giving me the reason to learn how to cast...
I waited almost two months ( 7 weeks ) to get a batch of heads I ordered from them.
Also, apparently International Tracking numbers only work in thier country of origin. So as soon as it leaves Poland, its in "Who knows where-ville"
But I did eventually get the figs and they were cast very well.

One time previously: Took their time to actually send the stuff but they did give a fair warning to their customers about almost certain delays. Everything was in order and intact and it was well protected.
Did another one recently, took them around 4-5 days to send the package. Still waiting for it.
Besides that delay, good seller, will buy again from them but if you are in a rush, it may cause you some frustrations.

I've never been impressed enough by the quality of their minis to pay the prices they want for them.

It took a little over a month for me to receive my order. Additionally, based on reports in their News thread, I was one of several orders in February to receive mis-cast models... Lots of flash, air bubbles, etc.
However, when I sent them some photos of the pieces in question, they shipped out a new package, that included everything in my original order (including things cast just fine) as well as some minor extras (their new flight base, since my order included the early version of the Marine flyer). The second package arrived within 2 weeks.
So, I recommend their products, but keep in mind what might happen.

Short overall answer: Satisfied with them.
Long answer:
You are going to need to expect at least one entire month from the time you place your order to when it actually arrives at your door.
The casting quality seems to be hit or miss lately. If you read through the recent pages in the News&Rumors thread there have been questions raised about their QC/QA. However, others have reported shining reviews of what they have received.
I am currently expecting two walker arms to arrive in the next 10 days or so. As usual I will be posting a video unboxing on my youtube channel when they arrive.
I LOVE their designs, I just wish they would really crack down on their quality control.

Ok, thanks for the info - general consensus, it's going to take a while but they do deliver. For anyone who's curious I ordered the ANZAC heads to do up a Catachan Vet squad; I will post pics whenever those parts come in! =D

Agreed. They are not outstanding, but they do deliver and personally I think their products are worth it.

I have ordered a number of things from them, Dreadnought weapon upgrades and turrets for razorbacks and such. I have been completely satisfied with their quality and delivery time. I always assume that anything I order from Europe is going to take a month.
