Neat idea,
I would suggest watering down some liquid green stuff and slopping it over the shield areas, it will even out the texture and give a flat surface

other than that it a nice piece of work

The idea is really cool but it looks like there is a noticeable gap between the shield and those additional details. It might just be an optical illusion but if not maybe you could try to flatten those details more to get them smooth onto the shield.

And i think it would look even better if you move the mask more in the center of the shield or at least slightly upwards.

Sweet conversion I like the whole lot. But the movement of the death mask I think is personal preference, I like it as is after it is flattened it will give enough space so all awards and decorations are not just jammed in together.

Paint it up bro!

Ya, cant really move it now since it is stuck on. Might add some flowing Purity seals on it!
