This is an army that started with a conversion:

Since then I've been hard at work turning catachans into SWAT team members.  And now with my return to the US in sight it's time to make an army. 

Well I just tried and found I ran out of points very fast.  No room for a Kyoto Inquisitor squad, Sisters, Grey Knights or even a power weapon...

The goals are:

Infiltrate

Cameo

Urban warfare, police force theme, minimal GW madness, in fact I would like to only use real world weapons on them like SAWs for plasma guns and LAWs for meltas. 

So with this in mind, go to town on this list:

Those vets are too expensive, no? Like command squads, vets with las cannons just get bumped up the target priority list. Also, with them as your counter charge/sws of doom, why do you have/need remenants? I'd use the points saved off of the vets and bump that remnant squad up to a full one (in both platoons).

Also, you might consider putting the las cannons from the anti-tank squad into platoon one's squads and re-arm the ACs with heavy bolters, for the extra shots and extra points.

With those extra points, you might consider the following:

a) Give LI to everyone except the veterans

b) Give your grenade launcher command melta/plasma/flamers

c) Buy another squad for platoon one

d) Upgrade those HH to leman russes (they already cost as much as a kitted russ...and still have AV 12)

Any way that you go, you might consider DT for all of your suicide squads (dropping chameleoline), but that probably doesn't fit into your fluff. Finally, why the medic in the command squad? Does it allow you to ignore a failed cover save?

The vets are supposed to be a forward element, as infiltrators they'll usually deploy last and get to cut loose with BS4 fire at a choice target.  maybe I should cut the las cannon which allows them to drop instead...

The remnants are dropping or infiltrating suicide squads.

Without having used it or having played 4th ed my thought is that cameo actually makes heavy weapon squads useful using 30 men for 3 las cannons means they won't have enough cover.  I could be wrong though.

The medic is there because I converted him... yeah he can probably go...
