i have experianced this problem many times and recently it lost me a game
so i am realy looking for some ork weapons that could take out terminaters
i have tried spamming them with loota fire and the shields on the cc termies are just deflecting every shot
i have tried swaping them in boyz but they just kill them 15 a turn because he uses black templar special rules giving him re-rolls
i have tried using nobz but sme problem and i have tried using a warboss i kill two dudes then he thunder hammers me into the ground
and i have tried using a boom gun but i just miss
what else can i do to kill them

Wait... you're failing against Black Templars? Hee hee...
How does he kill fifteen in one turn? Assuming a 5 man squad, if you attack with 20 shoota boys you'll be getting about 1 kill in the shooting phase, then charging will give you another 2. He's got 2 terminators left, that's 4 attacks. Even if he had all 5 left that's only 10 attacks.

Use boyz with a nob/pk in the squad. Or just dont get into CC and swamp him in shoota boy fire. Or use Nob Bikers.

If he's hitting you with TH Termies, I would recommend this. Stay out of CC altogether and spam him with shootas.
That said, how is he killing 15 boys in CC with THs? 2 Attacks at Initiative 1....you should be able to get a number of hits off with your boys to make him roll a handful of dice for saves. How many TH Termies is he running?

he gets three attacks cause my boyz will have just finnished a tactical squad or domthing of that sort then his termies will have teleported in last turn and charge me also with tring to swap him with shoota fire even if i did quite well i would still only kill 2 of them and then he would assault me and my hits would bounce off and he would hammer me into the floor

dude he uses his emporers champion special rule so he gets re-rolls all the time so basicaly every shot hits

1. Use punctuation, capital letters and proper grammar.
This is not a suggestion. It is a rule of this forum.
We don't care if you are posting from your phone, tablet or from a potato. There are no excuses.
2. Black Templars don't have Tactical Squads.
3. Shootas have 18" range. How is he assaulting you? Don't you move away from him, especially when he teleported in last turn (and thus didn't move)?
4. What Emperors Champion rule is that? Ask your opponent to show it to you.

The best way to kill termies as an ork is to just use normal boys.
5 temies = 200p
30 shootas = 180p
With 18" range you should get one extra shooting phase before you go in, so thats 2x60 shooting attacks and 90 melee attacks.
On avarage you will kill 7½ terminators before they can even strike. Unless they use Lightning Claws.
Even with slugga boys you shoot once and then charge. And you will kill them before they can even strike. The problem here is due to their poor shooting you cant really assume they will get the charge.
Shootas can just stant there aind wait for the terminators to come withing a good charge range.
Other way to kill them would be nob bikers (not normal nobs because they will suffer from instant death) with some power claws. The problem here is that nobs dont really like terminators.
The real weakness of terminators is big volumes of fire. They can just take twice as much dakka as a normal marine and cost more then twice.

You should try 30 boyz mobs, they crush terminators, giving up minimal points.

You can't assault when you deep strike, so his coming in from teleporting shouldn't be a problem.
Also, even with re-rolls (which I've never heard of them getting) he should only be getting at most 10 boy kills on the charge, 6-7 otherwise.

just think of each terminator as 6-7 boyz. You kill 2 termaintors and he kills 15 boys you are even. It is much easier to kill 2 termiantors than 15 boyz

You might want to hold your Shootas in reserve. If you go second you come on after he has DS and should get an entire round of shooing in, at full str.
A naked BikerNob with Cybork, banner, and FNP will cause 5/9ths of a wound against WS 4 T4 2+ models between shooting and assault. 2 TH attacks against NobBikers will cause 10/27ths o a wound on a 2 wound model. You'll easily and quickly win combat.

The Emperor's champion vow Accept Any Challenge was changed with 6th FAQ, it no longer allows failed hits to be rerolled.
Instead it now gives Black Templars rage instead; +2 attack on the charge instead of +1.
Like others said, just outnumber his squad 6 to 1 with either shootas or sluggas, and deny him the charge.
I do find lootas to be very effective against them also.
