Hello all, with the upcoming eldar release I am considering expanding my troops choices with some storm guardians. Can anyone suggest any third party bits makers or original sources for close combat weapons and alternative heads? (I think the guardian defender heads are a bit boring, my idea of the unit is actually a bunch of eldar corsairs) Things I have come up with so far:

Dark elf heads, possibly swords from the corsair box.

Dark eldar wych and warrior boxes have bare heads and close combat weapons which could work.

Scorpions and banshees have finecast power/chain swords and pistol arms, but I think they'd be very hard to acquire except by personal bartering (I'm certainly not buying the boxes for a few arms).

The dire avengers box has a couple close combat weapons and shuriken pistols per sprue. This is almost the only source of shuriken pistols I can think of, except for

The storm guardian upgrade kit, this has the bits but is old, expensive, the swords look terrible. Don't really want to pay £11 for a few poorly sculpted pistol arms.

Forgeworld corsair kits. The heads are cool and there are special weapons available also. But extremely expensive, and only 1 set of close combat arms.

If anyone can suggest any further sources of sword arms, shuriken pistol arms, or cool heads, I'd be very grateful. In addition any cool conversion ideas people have for visual flair on eldar corsairs/pirates would be great.

Have you looked at high elf? Some heads might work and maybe also some weapons.

I think the dark eldar stuff would work best. The bare heads look great, only issue I can think of, the splinter pistols are bare armed, not armored.
