40k Wikia listed Omegon as a Demon Prince, some say Russ might have finally fallen to Chaos, and Curze though he died Fulgrims body was killed by Pert and he still became a prince, maybe his ghost was reincarnated or something.

Like the great storm of the Horus Heresy, the forces of the True Gods will descend upon the Emperor's minions. The stars will tremble at their passage and the mighty armadas of the Warmaster Abaddon will bring annihilation to a hundred worlds. Know this, for these things will come to pass. |

Omegon isn't a Daemon Prince.
If 40K Wikia does that, it's plain stupid and ridiculous.

We were wrong. It's not the 40k End Times. It's the Trademarkening.

Curze has been dead for ten millenia with no hint that he has become a demon prince, so no.

Using the 40k wiki was your first mistake.
Curze is dead. No one knows about Omegon, he might have been killed by Guilliman. Russ being a Daemon Prince is bollocks made up by fans.

If the 13th Great Company has resisted Chaos this long, that Russ has is almost a certainty.

Protip: if you're unsure about some 40K fluff information, check the 40K Lexicanum. It has an emphasis on citing its information, so its generally considered to be the most reliable wiki out there for info on 40K.
Not saying it's always going to be 100% accurate, but you can usually trust it over the 40K wiki.
Anyway, on-topic, we have no reason to believe that any other Primarchs became Daemon Princes.

Unless we're talking about the other Primarchs that were never named.

Right, which is why I said "no reason to believe". As there is no evidence suggesting that the two unknowns became Daemon Princes, we have no reason to simply assume that they did as a fact. We can speculate, of course, but speculation is all it is.
